Davison Trunk-Or-Treat Event Launches Annual Pumpkinfest Weekend

Flint Saginaw Bay City, MI, October 9, 2026 — A trunk-or-treat event has officially commenced in Davison, marking the beginning of the annual Pumpkinfest weekend. The community gathering, held in Davison, serves as the opening activity for the larger festival, which is scheduled to continue throughout the weekend.

Trunk-or-treat events typically involve participants decorating the trunks of their vehicles with festive themes and distributing candy to attendees, particularly children. This format provides a safe and organized environment for Halloween-themed activities.

The specific details regarding the number of participants, organizers, or any additional activities beyond the trunk-or-treat itself were not immediately available. However, the event’s role as the kickoff for Pumpkinfest indicates its significance in the local community’s autumn celebrations.
