Alchemer, a global leader in customer experience and feedback intelligence, today released The 2026 Stadium Scorecard, ranking 20 of America’s sports venues. The select Major League Baseball (MLB) and National Football League (NFL) venues were ranked based on an analysis of 6,238 Google reviews. The scorecard goes beyond star ratings to examine what fans say about their experiences with stadiums, from staff and parking to food, value, entertainment and atmosphere.

PNC Park in Pittsburgh tops the 2026 Stadium Scorecard, followed by Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wis., Wrigley Field in Chicago, Fenway Park in Boston and Truist Park in Atlanta. The results also reveal category standouts including best value and parking, best staff and merchandise experience, most iconic, best family experience and more.

“Fans love to leave reviews that share their best experiences as well as their disappointments,” said Ryan Tamminga, Chief Customer Officer, Alchemer. “The Stadium Scorecard turns thousands of those individual voices into a more complete picture of what fans value most. The strongest venues are creating memorable experiences across the entire fan journey.”

  20. Soldier Field

Despite the differences in the rankings, fans generally have positive things to say about their stadium experiences. Across all 20 venues, the average rating was 4.62 out of 5 and 80.2% of reviews were five stars.

The gap becomes more pronounced at the bottom of the scorecard. Fans at the lowest-ranked stadium were about seven times more likely to leave a one- or two-star review than fans at the highest-ranked venues.

History Scores with Fans

One surprising finding on the scorecard is the ratings of some of America’s oldest venues.

Three of the top four — Wrigley Field (1914), Lambeau Field (1957) and Fenway Park (1912) — are among the oldest stadiums in professional sports, while several newer venues landed in the bottom half.

According to the reviews, fans frequently praise the qualities that aren’t associated with a renovation or technology upgrade, including history, traditions, knowledgeable employees, atmosphere and the sense that attending an event is about more than watching the game.
