Limbach Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: LMB) (“Limbach” or the “Company”), a building systems solutions firm that partners with building owners and operators of mission-critical mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls (“MEPC”) infrastructure, today announced the appointment of Adam Prior as Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Strategy, reporting to Michael McCann, President and Chief Executive Officer of Limbach.
Mr. Prior will work closely with the senior management team to advance Limbach’s long-term strategy and lead its engagement with the investment community. His responsibilities will include financial communications, strategic planning, market and competitive analysis, and supporting the evaluation of growth opportunities.

Mr. Prior brings more than 25 years of experience in investor relations, corporate strategy and financial communications to Limbach. He most recently served as Director of Investor Relations at New Jersey Resources (NYSE: NJR), where he led the company’s engagement with shareholders and analysts and worked with senior management on financial communications and strategic positioning.
Before joining New Jersey Resources, Mr. Prior spent more than two decades at The Equity Group Inc., most recently as Senior Vice President. In that role, he advised management teams of publicly traded companies across multiple industries on communications strategy and shareholder engagement.
