The Annual Meeting of the HOPE Global Forums, the world’s largest gathering dedicated to economic inclusion, financial literacy and the empowerment of underserved communities, will take place December 2-3, 2026 at the Signia by Hilton in downtown, marking the 12th year that Operation HOPE’s flagship global gathering will be held in Atlanta.
Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens will return as Co-Chair of the event, continuing a longstanding partnership between Operation HOPE and its hometown. Mayor Dickens will join Operation HOPE Founder, Chairman and CEO John Hope Bryant and civil rights icon Ambassador Andrew Young as Co-Chairs of the 2026 gathering.
This year’s theme, “Capitalism, Tech, and AI in a Human-Centric World,” will explore how rapidly evolving technology and artificial intelligence are reshaping business, work, and the global economy – and how leaders can harness those changes to expand opportunity while keeping people, dignity and shared prosperity at the center of economic progress.
“For 12 years, Atlanta has been the home of the HOPE Global Forums, and we could not ask for a better partner than Mayor Dickens and the City of Atlanta,” said John Hope Bryant, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Operation HOPE. “Atlanta has always been a city where business, innovation and social progress come together. As technology and AI transform our economy at extraordinary speed, this year’s theme asks a fundamental question: how do we embrace the future while making sure people remain at the center of it? We look forward to bringing leaders from around the world back to Atlanta to tackle that question and help build an economy that works for everyone.”
Over more than a decade, the Annual Meeting has grown into a major global convening, bringing more than 5,000 in-person attendees from over 30 countries each year to Atlanta alongside corporate sponsors and supporters and an influential roster of leaders from business, government, technology, sports, entertainment, philanthropy and community organizations. Millions more have engaged with the Forums and its programming through its global digital audience.
The event has generated tens of millions of dollars in economic activity for Atlanta, drawing attendees and participating organizations from across the United States and around the world who stay in the city’s hotels, dine in its restaurants, utilize local transportation and services, and support businesses throughout the region. The Forum’s global reach also provides a platform to showcase Atlanta as a center for business, innovation, culture and economic opportunity.
